Product Details

The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.

The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall.   This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.

Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

Artist's Description

This diamond's story is full of light and dark and rainbows, all jumbled up inside and refracted back into the world in its own unique way. It reminds me of myself, actually: full of all sorts of things from the world -- the books I've read, the art I've seen, the music I love and hate, the people I've known -- taken in and bounced around in my brain, then made into my own creative output. In fact, I may never have painted this particular subject if it weren't for the input of my sister, a gemologist and goldsmith. It amazes me, these infinite webs of connections we share. We're all diamonds, in our own way.

About Amanda Schwabe

Amanda Schwabe

Amanda Schwabe is a painter, textile artist, and teacher based in South Mountain, Ontario. Her paintings have been included in shows at Electric Street Gallery, Ottawa; the Ontario Society of Artists Juried Open Exhibition, 2020 edition. She is relatively new to the art scene, having spent the past 14 years focusing on publishing knit designs and teaching. (Her textile art installation, titled “PomPom the Horse” by popular vote, is part of the collection at the Canadian War Museum.) She has been painting commissioned portraits since 2019 of both pets and people. The human figure is her favourite subject to paint, followed closely by lively landscapes of dramatic clouds or shadows and light. She lives with her partner and their five...
